
Ms. Kastetter brings to Todd E. Kastetter, P.C. over 30 years of experience providing high quality work product and legal representation on litigation cases. Ms. Kastetter is an accomplished legal writer at both the trial and appellate levels, and she has handled all stages of pre-trial litigation, including analyzing complex legal and factual issues; developing case strategy; conducting witness interviews; and drafting pleadings, written discovery, pre-and post-trial motions, and settlement agreements. Ms. Kastetter’s legal work has involved a broad range of issues and cases in state and federal litigation, appeals, arbitrations, and mediations.
Ms. Kastetter received her undergraduate degree in Psychology from the College of William & Mary. She received her law degree from the University of Denver College of Law. Thereafter, she served for a year as a judicial clerk to the late Justice Anthony F. Vollack on the Colorado Supreme Court.
Ms. Kastetter is admitted to practice law in Colorado state courts, and she is a member of the Colorado Bar Association, Denver Bar Association, and First Judicial District Bar Association.
